Fast forward deals.
Percidian builds advanced agentic systems for high-stakes M&A — where being wrong isn't an option and being slow is its own kind of wrong.
Every deal is decided under impossible conditions. Too much to know, too little time, a name on the line if anything's missed. We think the people who run these transactions deserve better odds.
Built to the institutional bar by operators who ran these deals from the inside. M&A is where capital and ambition change hands — we're here to raise the standard every deal is run at.

I've spent twenty years on both sides of financial transactions. The pattern is always the same. The corpus is too big for any team to read end-to-end. The information is scattered across documents, emails, meetings, and spreadsheets that don't talk to each other. Management, on either side, is running diligence on top of running their business. We built Percidian to fix all three.

I worked inside live M&A processes at Rothschild and on the corporate side at Axon — cross-border, multi-jurisdiction deals where half the corpus is in one language and half in another, half in modern formats and half in scanned PDFs from someone's archive. The hard part was never finding a document. The hard part was understanding the deal. Percidian is the first system I've seen that does — every document, every email, every meeting, every signal, in one connected model, in any language, any format.
Five principles.
The buyer sets the bar.
We build for institutional standards because that's the standard the work demands. Not enterprise-adjacent. Not enterprise-grade. Institutional.
Cite or don't say it.
Every claim our software makes traces to a source. Every claim we make in writing traces to evidence. Every promise we make to a customer traces to a commitment we can keep.
Restraint is a feature.
We default to less. Less UI, less marketing, less content, fewer features. The signal we want to send is institutional confidence — and confidence is quiet.
The MD stays in control.
AI does work. Humans approve external actions. The boundary is immutable. Every deal team partner who uses our software stays in control of the mandate.
Build for the deal that closes.
The audit trail closes when the deal does. Our work stands up to counsel review, regulator scrutiny, and the cold light of post-close review. Build for that, not for the demo.
